Empowering Youth to become leaders

The Sturgeon City Student Leadership Development Institute begins with a summer program of intensive leadership development, empowerment, civic awareness and career exploration activities. 

More than 420 youth have become Fellows of the Institute.  Their adventures, and reflections are included in these pages. 

Institute Days extends the learning from the Summer Institute. The days are days of service, and learning.
