Donate to Sturgeon City
Help create a healthy and productive civic and environmental
program model for our State, our Nation and the global community
by making a donation to Sturgeon City. Sturgeon City is located
on twenty-six acres adjacent to Wilson Bay and the New River
in eastern North Carolina. Programming on-site includes civic
and environmental education, research and recreation components.
Youth leadership development, civic and environmental education,
aquaculture technology research, park facilities
and coastal access drive the sites programming.
Tax Notice: Contributions may be tax deductible depending on
your status. Please make your checks out to “Sturgeon
City of Jacksonville, Inc.” Sturgeon City is a 501c3
Corporation with a tax-exempt letter granted by the IRS August
2001.
