The Sturgeon City Environmental Education Center
Construction of the Sturgeon City Environmental Education Center began in late September of 2017 with a Construction Start Ceremony on Thursday October 19th. The approximately 11,000 square-foot facility will consist of a 7,000 square-foot meeting and programming space that can be partitioned into three separate classrooms. With a seating capacity of over 400, this facility will enable Sturgeon City to increase its indoor-teaching space by 87%. Images shown below are renderings of the center. Please keep an eye out for updates as construction progresses. Here is a link to video of the Construction Start Ceremony.
