A system to deliver oxygen to the bottom of the Bay: Instreem(TM) units from Battelle Memorial Institute designed by Henry Pate to gently create a current, where there is no sufficient current now.

Ten disks rotate to gently move the water. The disks are designed to have minimal impact on the other life within the water.
By January 2001, some real success had been found. Fish Larvae were using the bottom of the bay in the area where the most effect of the units is felt. They were not in the other areas where the Aeration Units were not place.
